Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: June 23, 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of The Ticket Program™, operated by PAGEmasters Company. By accessing or using The Ticket Program, you agree to follow these Terms, the Privacy Policy, applicable program guidelines, school or district procedures, and all applicable laws and regulations.

1. Authorized Use

The Ticket Program is designed to support positive behavior, recognition, rewards, parent notification, documentation, accountability, and early intervention in approved home, classroom, school, college, or organizational settings.

You may use The Ticket Program only if you are an authorized user. You may not share your login, passcode, password, access link, student information, parent information, reports, screenshots, or program records with any unauthorized person.

2. User Age and Responsible Adult Requirement

Users must be at least eighteen (18) years old unless access is approved by a parent, guardian, school, district, or authorized program representative. Children should not create accounts, submit sensitive personal information, or manage program records directly unless allowed through an approved parent, school, or district process.

3. Identity Verification

The Ticket Program may require identity verification before program access, principal acknowledgement, setup access, or official V2 PermID assignment. Verification may include confirming name, contact information, date of birth, school or organization role, and viewing a valid state-issued ID during an approved live verification meeting.

Users agree to provide accurate identity information. The Ticket Program may delay, deny, suspend, or cancel access if identity cannot be verified or if the information provided appears inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or connected to a possible duplicate account.

4. Duplicate Records and Security Review

The Ticket Program may check for possible duplicate user, student, child, parent, classroom, school, or program records. Duplicate review helps prevent incorrect access, improper record separation, bypassed records, and security concerns.

If a possible duplicate is found, The Ticket Program may stop the onboarding or setup process until an authorized responsible person reviews the match. The system may record who reviewed the match, what decision was made, when the decision was made, and why.

Users agree not to knowingly create, maintain, or use duplicate records to bypass an existing program file, student record, consequence record, parent conference record, account limitation, or security review.

5. Student Privacy and Parent Consent

Student information must be handled carefully and used only for approved program purposes. Student information may include name, grade, school, classroom, parent or guardian contact information, behavior documentation, positive recognition records, reward records, student photo for internal program ID, parent communication records, and duplicate verification information.

When student participation requires parent or guardian consent, the responsible user agrees to obtain, record, and follow the appropriate consent process before using student recognition, rewards, photo ID, parent notification, or related student features.

The Ticket Program does not replace school district policies, school discipline procedures, parent rights, or applicable student privacy requirements.

6. Parent Notifications and Communication

The Ticket Program may send parent or guardian notifications by text message, email, or other approved communication methods. These notices may include recognition, reward, behavior, documentation, parent conference, setup, or program-related information.

Users must enter accurate parent or guardian contact information and must not send program messages to a person who is not authorized to receive information about the child or student.

7. SMS and Mobile Messaging Terms

By providing a mobile number and giving consent, you agree to receive SMS or MMS messages from The Ticket Program for service-related communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help. Consent to receive mobile messages is not a condition of purchase.

No mobile opt-in information or text messaging consent information will be sold or shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

8. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

9. Prohibited Use

You may not use The Ticket Program to:

10. School and District Procedures

When The Ticket Program is used in a school or district setting, the user agrees to follow all applicable school and district procedures. The Ticket Program is a support and documentation system. It does not replace school discipline policies, administrative authority, student rights, parent rights, or required school/district review processes.

11. Program Access, Suspension, and Termination

PAGEmasters Company may suspend, limit, or terminate access if a user violates these Terms, fails to complete required setup or verification, misuses student or parent information, creates a security concern, fails to follow program procedures, or becomes inactive according to program rules.

12. Payments, Refunds, and Participation

Any payment, refund, participation, or cancellation terms may depend on the version of The Ticket Program being used, the applicable agreement, and the user’s participation status. School use does not create a financial obligation for the school unless the school, district, or approved party separately agrees in writing.

13. Ownership and Intellectual Property

The Ticket Program, related materials, program structure, documentation, forms, workflows, reports, designs, and content are owned by David J. Page, Jr. and/or PAGEmasters Company unless otherwise stated. No user may copy, reproduce, sell, distribute, or create derivative works from The Ticket Program without written permission.

14. Third-Party Services

The Ticket Program may use third-party services for hosting, email, SMS/MMS messaging, security, payment, storage, or other program operations. Use of these services may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

15. No Guarantee of Results

The Ticket Program is designed to support behavior management, recognition, parent communication, and documentation. Results may vary based on user consistency, school support, parent participation, student needs, implementation quality, and other factors. The Ticket Program does not guarantee any specific academic, behavioral, disciplinary, or legal outcome.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, PAGEmasters Company, The Ticket Program, and associated representatives are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the program.

17. Indemnification

You agree to hold harmless and indemnify PAGEmasters Company, The Ticket Program, and associated representatives from claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the program, violation of these Terms, unauthorized disclosure of information, failure to follow consent procedures, or violation of law or school policy.

18. Updates to Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of The Ticket Program after changes are posted means the revised Terms apply going forward.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, unless another written agreement or applicable law requires otherwise.
