This Privacy Policy describes how The Ticket Program™, operated by PAGEmasters Company, collects, uses, protects, and discloses information connected to our services. The Ticket Program may be used in home, classroom, school, college, or approved organizational settings to support positive behavior, recognition, rewards, parent notification, documentation, and early intervention.
1. Information We May Collect
Depending on the version of the program being used, we may collect limited information needed to operate The Ticket Program, including:
- Applicant or user name, email address, phone number, mailing or school location information, and account access information
- Date of birth when needed for identity verification, duplicate account prevention, or account security
- Student name, grade, school, classroom, parent or guardian contact information, and limited student identification information
- Behavior documentation, positive recognition records, reward participation, parent contact records, parent conference records, and school support notes
- Consent records, verification records, duplicate record review records, and audit trail information
- Technical information such as IP address, login activity, device/browser information, and system activity needed for security and program operation
2. Student Privacy and Education Records
The Ticket Program recognizes that student information may include personally identifiable information from education records. Student information should be used only for approved program purposes, school support, parent communication, recognition, rewards, documentation, duplicate record verification, and related educational support.
The Ticket Program does not replace school district policies, school discipline procedures, parent rights, or applicable student privacy laws. When The Ticket Program is used by a school, teacher, administrator, or authorized school user, the school or district remains responsible for determining the appropriate use of student information under its policies and applicable law.
3. Parent and Guardian Consent
For student participation, The Ticket Program may require a parent or guardian consent form before a student is recognized, rewarded, photographed for an internal program ID, or included in parent notification features. Consent may be reviewed during a parent conference, school event, in-person meeting, or other approved school/program process.
Parent or guardian consent may include permission for positive recognition, reward participation, parent notifications, limited student information use, internal program ID/photo use, and duplicate student record verification.
4. Student Photos and Program IDs
A student photo may be used to create an internal student ID or student profile image inside The Ticket Program system only when appropriate consent has been obtained. This permission does not allow public posting, social media posting, advertising, marketing, or external publication of a student’s photo without separate written permission.
5. Duplicate Record Verification
The Ticket Program may use limited information, such as name, date of birth, school, grade, prior school, parent/guardian contact information, or other program identifiers, to help prevent duplicate records. Duplicate verification is intended to protect students, parents, schools, and program users from incorrect access, duplicate accounts, bypassed records, or improper record separation.
When a possible duplicate is found, the program may require review by an authorized responsible person before records are connected, merged, continued, or treated as separate records. The program may maintain an audit trail showing who reviewed the possible duplicate, what decision was made, when the decision was made, and why.

For the Home Version, a parent or guardian should enter child information. For Classroom or School Version, authorized school users should enter student information according to school or district approval.
10. Sensitive Information and Minimum Necessary Use
The Ticket Program seeks to collect only the information reasonably needed to operate the program, verify identity, prevent duplicate records, support parent communication, and maintain accountability. Sensitive information should not be collected, stored, or displayed unless it has an approved program purpose.
The Ticket Program should not collect Social Security numbers, driver license numbers, state ID numbers, medical records, or unnecessary sensitive documents unless a separate approved process requires it.
11. Identity Verification
Responsible program users may be asked to complete identity verification before account activation, principal acknowledgement, program setup, or official V2 PermID assignment. Verification may include confirming name, date of birth, contact information, or viewing a valid state-issued ID during a live verification meeting.
Unless specifically required by an approved secure process, The Ticket Program does not require users to upload or send a photo of a state ID. Verification results may be recorded, but ID numbers and ID images should not be stored unless specifically authorized through a secure process.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No internet, wireless, email, or messaging system can be guaranteed to be fully secure or error free.
13. Data Retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for program operation, school support, parent communication, accountability, audit trail, legal compliance, contract requirements, or dispute resolution. Records may be deactivated, archived, or deleted according to program, school, district, or legal requirements.
14. User and Parent Rights
Depending on the version of the program and applicable school, district, or legal requirements, users, parents, or guardians may request to review, update, correct, or deactivate certain information. Requests may need to be handled through the school or district when the record is part of a school-controlled education record.
15. School and District Control
When The Ticket Program is used by a school or district, the school or district may control certain records, access rights, consent procedures, parent communications, student data rules, and program use requirements. The Ticket Program will work with approved school or district representatives according to applicable agreements and procedures.
16. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of The Ticket Program after changes are posted means the revised policy applies going forward.
