Teachers, Do You Teach Or Discipline All Day?
If you answered, "I discipline!" You have come to right place. As an educator myself, I am appalled at the number of disruptions we have to deal with on a daily basis. Of course, we know all schools are not like this, but teaching in most schools has become a nightmare. What happened to the prestige of being a teacher? When did parents become so non-supportive and critical of the education profession? I hate to say it, but those days are gone!

The Ticket Program (classroom version) was designed to help the teachers put more focus on teaching instead of writing referrals all day. In developing the classroom version, the following questions were asked/answered...
A. How do I get the students to come to class on-time, prepared with school supplies, and ready to learn? Answer: Accountability.
B. How do I get parents and administrators to support my decisions as an educator trying to teach? Answer: Documentation.
C. How do I get a student with no parental support to control his own behavior? Answer: Positive Reinforcement.

The Ticket Program does the following to assist teachers/staff members in addressing these problems...
1. Involves all stakeholders in the creation of the Classroom Discipline Plan.
2. Provides a fair, structured and consistent system of rewards (positive reinforcement) and consequences (negative reinforcement).
3. Takes less than five seconds to document any discipline issues.
4. Notifies the parent(s) or guardian via written notice, text message and/or email whenever the student breaks a rule or fails to meet an expectation (grades, assignments, etc.).

The main component of The Ticket Program is the documentation and notification module (included). This program documents everything and constantly notifies the parent or guardian based on the guidelines set in the Classroom Discipline Plan.

What Is The Cost?
The Ticket Program (classroom version) is $79.95 per school year. We offer a "Try It For 30-Days" plan for $19.95. No contracts to sign. Discounts are available for five (5) or more teachers at the same school or in the same district. Training is required (online or in-person). If you are interested, please sign-up below.
