School Version
Administrators, Do You Discipline All Day?
If you answered, "I discipline!" You have
come to right place. Most schools have become
a place where learning is less and violence is
more. Bullying, lack of supportive parents, and
lack of respect for authority have greatly
diminished the effectiveness of learning.
Most schools develop a comprehensive,
school wide discipline system. However, you
must understand the "Pareto Principle"
(80/20 Rule). This principle predicts that
80% of your disruptions will be come from
only 20% of your students - the "bad eggs." Knowing
this, one of your first objectives should be
to find out just who these problematic "bad
egg" students are.
The Ticket Program (school version) addresses
the 80/20 Rule by identifying your "bad eggs"
within 24 hours of starting the program. Once
identified, the program monitors their
behavior to determine if the positive
reinforcement is effective. Any negative
behavior exhibited automatically triggers the
program to recommend negative consequences. Positive
behaving students are recognized and rewarded
based on the Behavior Modification Plan. As
a bonus, all consequences are displayed daily
to prevent oversight. All stakeholders have
access to the behavior data (based on parent
consent). As with the Classroom version, parents
are notified by either written notice, text
message and/or email whenever the student
is administered any administrative action
(ISS, OSS, Saturday school, etc.). Also,
all behavior documentation is available in the
program 24 hours a day.

What Is The Cost?
The Ticket Program (school version) starts at $995.95
per school year. This version is a module that
connects all teachers (classroom version) to
the administrative team. It includes all the
necessary forms, notices and provides instant
reports detailing every aspect of discipline
management. Training is required (online
or in-person). If you are interested, please
